GO: Preparing for Missions, Ministry & Leadership

Turn a ministry burden into responsible action. GO develops readiness for missions and leadership through accountable teams, realistic plans, local partnerships, sound stewardship, and care for the people you serve. WHAT YOU WILL PRACTICE • Make an evidence-based decision to go, prepare, or wait for a defined assignment. • Build a team with clear responsibilities, bounded authority, and accountability. • Create a mission objective, operations outline, timeline, budget, and success criteria. • Develop a respectful local partnership and a thoughtful cross-cultural ministry brief. • Assemble documentation, movement, finance, communication, and equipment plans. • Assess risk and rehearse contingencies and crisis responsibilities. • Coordinate preaching, outreach, host relationships, relief, and team care. • Complete a reviewed operations plan, truthful reporting process, and ongoing partnership rhythm. HOW IT WORKS Eight self-paced modules with 40 core lessons, eight application reviews, and a starting guide. Read written-out KJV passages, study their context, complete practical assignments, and use your 28-page downloadable practice workbook. An eight-week rhythm is suggested; allow additional time for Scripture study and substantial assignments. YOUR OUTCOME Finish with a Mission & Ministry Operations Plan reviewed by an experienced mature leader. Use a real or clearly labeled simulated assignment; actual deployment requires current verification and appropriate approval. Application reviews are self-reviewed, preferably with a mature believer; completion does not automatically approve entry to another course.
