Confronting Spiritual Strongholds
Tepito & The Santa Muerte Shrine: Preached fearlessly in Mexico City's most dangerous black-market neighborhood, challenging the demonic stronghold of the Santa Muerte cult. The confrontation went massively viral on nighttime broadcast news across Latin America reaching millions of people with the gospel.
Makassar, Indonesia: Preached around mosques and marketplaces in an Islamic extremist area known for past terrorist activity, proclaiming Christ to Muslims in a region where few westerners dare to tread.
The Slums & Red Light Districts: Preached the gospel from the top of buses and the back of jeepneys in the slums of the Philippines, reached hundreds with the gospel stuck in the sex trade in Angeles City and Tijuana, Mexico, and taken the light of Christ into the heartbreaking drug epidemics of Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia and Skid Row in Los Angeles.
Protests, Riots, and Parades: Preached unashamedly and boldly through the thick of the Portland protests during the George Floyd BLM movement. Stood up for innocent babies and preached the truth of the gospel during abortion rights protests in London. Preached at the Houston Gay Pride Parade in 2016, the Tel Aviv Gay Pride Parades in 2017 and 2018, and the Auckland Gay Pride Parade in 2019. Preached at Mardi Gras in 2024.

Phillip’s secular background was the testing ground God used to forge a strategic, fearless leader capable of operating under extreme pressure.
United States Marine Corps: Served honorably as a Marine, instilling the discipline, tactical mindset, and operational leadership necessary to command global spiritual operations.
Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.): Earned from Chaminade University (2014) with a direct specialization in Emergency Management and Homeland Security—giving him unique insight into crisis leadership and organizational strategy.
Intelligence Operations: Holds an Associate Degree in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College.
Expert Instructor: Phillip also spent 6 years as a professional government contractor teaching classified military programs and helping develop and maintain the necessary courseware that would go into training thousands of military personnel in tactical electronic warfare.
